Entry Requirements
The admission shall be selective based on
compliance with the prescribed requirements and credentials detailed in this section.
1.
Incoming pre-school and Grade 1
·
Birth certificate from the Philippine
Statistics Authority (PSA)
·
Certificate of pre-school attendance or
Report Card (for incoming Grade 1 only)
·
Age requirement of applicant pupil on or
before July 31 of the current school year:
o
Nursery: at least three years old
o
Kindergarten 1: at least four years old
o
Kindergarten 2: at least five years old
o
Grade 1: at least six years old
· Three copies of 1x1 colored photo with white background
2. Incoming
freshman (see 1 above)

Form-138 (Report Card) signed by the school
principal

Birth certificate from the Philippine

Certificate of good moral character signed by
the school principal

Additional requirements for HS honor student
to qualify for discount: Valedictorian/Salutatorian - Certificate issued by the
Elementary School Principal indicating the honor or academic award received and
the number of graduates of their batch
3. Transferees and returnees
Same requirements as incoming freshman
4. Non-resident foreign student
Same requirements as incoming student or
transferee plus the following government requirements:

Scholastics records signed by the school head
and duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy located in the applicant’s
country of origin or residence

Documentary proof of support to cover
expenses incidental to his/her studies, such as board and lodging, as well as a
return airline ticket
·
Police Clearance Certificate
·
Medical Health Certificate with standard-size
chest X-ray
· Additional requirements for honor students to qualify
for discount: Valedictorian/Salutatorian: Certificate issued by the Elementary
School Principal indicating the honor or academic award received and the number
of graduates of their batch
